Lenox Corporation, America’s Leading Tabletop, Giftware and Home Entertaining Company, Acquires Hampton Forge Flatware and Cutlery Company



Bristol, PA – January 4, 2021 – Lenox Corporation is pleased to announce it has acquired Hampton Forge, the 30-year-old flatware and cutlery company. The deal covers the entire Hampton Forge portfolio, including the namesake brand, as well as Hampton Forge Signature, Tomodachi by Hampton Forge, Skandia, and Argent Orfèvres.
