Bristol, PA – October 19, 2020 – Lenox Corporation is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by an affiliate of Centre Lane Partners, LLC (“Centre Lane”), a New York-based private investment firm. The deal includes the namesake Lenox brand as well as Dansk and Reed & Barton.
